The Bedroom

Keep this room very minimal, really there only should be a bed and a nightstand or two. No electronics in space, only cell phone(s) if you must. Ensure the cell phone is a distance away from your person. Neutral colors and not too many along with blinds or curtains help to keep any street lights or outside sensor lights from waking you up. Don’t place artwork over the bed that can fall on you during an earthquake have a calming picture on the side wall near the bed. Also important to not have items under the bed if possible. This way you can vacuum under the bed to eliminate dust build-up and it is also important to allow energy to flow under the bed versus sleeping on excess clutter. I think those excess items under your bed or in the room can be let go of or if necessary relocated. Next week we will tackle the closet, I have a simple technique for decluttering it. Stay simple.
