I like to keep grocery shopping simple along with cooking. I also want to make sure food tastes great and is healthy. I love farmers markets there is less packaging and you can ensure food is fresh and in season. This way you can support local farms and also bring your dog. I like going to grocery stores with a list to ensure I only buy what is needed. I plan the meals so I can buy ingredients and also any other necessities. I keep meals simple like overnight oats or yogurt parfaits. Dinners are also simple with meat or veggie protein and vegetables and I sometimes add rice or a sweet potato. Enjoy cooking, put on your favorite music to cook too. I grill outside when I can. I also use complimentary or unique spice blends which makes it easy to savor every bite.
